What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and your message. When you search the instructor directory we record the location searched and whether any instructor was found, so we know where to certify instructors next. Searches are not linked to you.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, to connect you with a certified instructor, and — if you ask to be notified — to email you when a course or an instructor becomes available near you. If you submit a training request to an instructor, your contact details are sent to that instructor so they can respond.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone other than the certified instructor you contacted and Trilogy staff.

Instructor information

Certified instructors listed in the directory have agreed to publication of the details shown on their profile. Instructor email addresses and private phone numbers are not published; messages are relayed through this site.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a session cookie for form security and, where configured, Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, email training@trilogyems.com. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them.
